In the manufacturing space, capacity enhancing services are nascent at best, resulting in down time on the manufacturing floor due to process bottlenecks. Hexagon challenged the status quo within the category through a digital platform to advance efficiency.

Strategy

To improve the overall customer experience with Hexagon, OCTO tackled automating a previously manual process into a seamless customer and administrative experience. OCTO designed a true one-stop shop for programming and inspection needs for a multinational organization.

Impact

The resulting platform has enabled a small team of service engineers to generate a 10× increase in revenue, increase overall through-put, and enhance the customer support experience. The results have put a focus on digitizing the customer experience across the landscape of services to help forge deeper relationships with customers.
